At Creekview Landscape we have many options available in our lawn care products and services. What makes us unique is that we treat every lawn according to what it needs, and can make a fully customized package for every customer. You can either pick and choose services a-la-cart, or create your own program and bundle services together for a discount. If you're not sure what your lawn needs you can contact us and we will come and give you a free consultation and design a custom package for your lawn. For those who would like something simple, yet highly effective, we also have packages readily available based on what is best for the average lawn we service. These are designed to create amazing results, as well as offer pre-designed bundles to save our customers money. Our 4 most popular packages are the Maintenance Only Plan, Lawn Rehab and Restore Package, the Premium Plan, and our Deluxe Plan;
Maintenance Only Plan: This package is designed for lawns that are already in great shape, and simply need basic maintenance applications to ensure continued growth and health of the lawn. It is our simplest plan, so it is also our cheapest package, which is great for those on a budget and are looking to have their lawn improved with the least amount spent. This package includes 4 applications/services, spread out throughout the year, and they include

Lawn Rehab and Restore Plan: This is an intensive, single day treatment, designed to take lawns in rough shape and provide a dramatic improvement. We do 3-4 services in one visit, allowing us to bundle higher priced services together to provide savings to customers, and give them a better lawn within a couple couple weeks, all from a single visit. This can be done in either the spring or the fall:

Premium Plan: This is our most popular package as it is best recommended for the average lawn that is in decent condition, but still has areas that need improving. This plan is great for any lawn, and will greatly improve it throughout the year. It is similar to our Maintenance Only Plan, but with the addition of two overseeding applications, for a total of 6 applications:

Deluxe Plan: This is our most comprehensive, pre-designed package, also known as our “I want golf course grass” program.
